Being on this model team means you become a part of stylized photoshoots throughout the year and experience what it's like to be a CYH Senior!
There is no modeling experience required. 

How do you apply?
Simply fill out the form below! Please include your age, high school you're attending, a little bit about yourself, and your Instagram username. I will send back a digital magazine of all the details you need to know!

Requirements:
Must be a 2019 senior (public, private, or homeschooled welcome)
Must be in Naples or the surrounding areas (Marco, Bonita, Fort Myers)
Instagram profile must be on public so I can see it (if there are not enough photos of you, I will request some)
No modeling experience required
